About the role
We are looking for a proactive Company Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our business in Galway. The role is hands‑on and combines finance, administration, recruitment support and marketing tasks, with a strong focus on bookkeeping and financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices and expenses while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and support month‑end close processes.
- Run monthly contractor payroll and ensure accurate payments.
- Assist with financial reporting and liaise with external accountants.
- Support cash‑flow tracking and general financial administration.
- Provide administrative support across recruitment and engineering teams.
- Maintain ATS/CRM (Mercury) data, candidate records, and CV formatting.
- Manage job postings and ensure consistency across Mercury and website listings.
- Support marketing activity, including LinkedIn management, posting, and performance tracking.
Required profile
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
