Customer Growth Associate – English & Spanish

About the role

Google is looking for a Customer Growth Associate to help small‑ and medium‑sized businesses in Spain succeed with Google advertising. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining sales expertise with a deep understanding of digital marketing to drive growth for both clients and Google.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and business owners to understand their goals and digital marketing plans.
• Manage large accounts, identify growth opportunities, and track quarterly product adoption and revenue targets.
• Conduct phone consultations to evaluate campaign performance, provide recommendations, and mentor owners on digital strategy.
• Drive proactive engagement through client meetings, performance reviews, pitches, research, and internal strategy execution.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance professional skills and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital sales, client management, business development, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
• Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to own a media‑sales portfolio, exceed quotas, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
