Customer Service Representative

About the role

Unilin Insulation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Navan team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, providing high‑level service.
• Process order fulfilment, verify orders and invoices, and manage proof of deliveries.
• Handle customer returns, complaints, and queries.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service standards.
• Generate daily and monthly reports and identify process improvements.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and 1:1 development sessions.
• Maintain office administration procedures and undertake additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong multitasking ability with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team‑player mindset, self‑motivated and organized.
• Proficient PC usage and comfortable learning new software.
