About the role
Join TCS’s global delivery centre in Letterkenny as a Customer Service Representative. You will support the Life and Pension client by delivering efficient, high‑quality assistance across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring customers receive timely help.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries and requests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all customers, including vulnerable individuals and complainants.
- Accurately record interactions and perform related administrative tasks.
- Support back‑office, call‑centre and service‑centre functions as required.
- Work within an 8‑hour shift rotation between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer demands with empathy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail for accurate administration.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a large team.
