Customer Service Specialist – Motor Fleet Operations

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Operations Team in the motor fleet industry. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers and customers, handling bookings, queries and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service delivery. The role combines phone and email support with coordination of repairs and appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to driver and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle services, repairs and appointments.
- Provide regular updates to customers on service progress and status.
- Liaise with garages, suppliers and third‑party providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate internal records, systems and operational documentation.
- Support the Operations Team to keep vehicles and services running efficiently.
- Resolve issues promptly with a customer‑focused approach.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail, administration or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills, confident handling of phone calls and emails.
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, proactive team player with a flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Experience in the automotive, fleet or service industry is a plus but not essential.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Outlook.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with internal CRM or booking systems.
What we offer
- Competitive salary €32,000‑€36,000 per year plus a guaranteed €5,000 bonus.
- Hybrid working model – 3‑4 days onsite in Sandyford/Leopardstown and 1‑2 days remote.
- Opportunity to work in a growing team with a new VOR system rollout.
