Early Years Educator – Creche (Rathfarnham)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our Rathfarnham creche. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children aged 0‑5 can explore, learn and develop through play‑based activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
• Support children’s social, emotional and physical development in a caring manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress and communicate insights to parents and the management team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent quality of care and education.
