About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Customer Success Manager to join a fast‑growing consumer‑tech company operating in London and Dublin. The role focuses on helping new and existing customers derive maximum value from the product suite while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
• Understand client goals and guide them to achieve measurable results.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and support customers through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and drive retention.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to channel customer feedback into product improvements.
• Develop commercial awareness and confidence in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
