Financial Analyst (Hybrid) – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join a leading financial services firm in Dublin. This permanent, hybrid position is ideal for a newly qualified accountant eager to develop analytical expertise and contribute to commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain regular reporting to track performance against operational metrics at team and individual levels.
• Deliver financial insights and analysis to support various business areas.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders on presentations and reporting needs.
• Contribute to or lead finance‑related projects as appropriate.
• Assist with additional ad‑hoc projects and present updates on performance metrics when required.

Required profile

• Newly qualified ACA or ACCA (0‑3 years post‑qualification experience).
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Interest in IT and reviewing large data sets.
