Healthcare Assistant – Up to €21.50/hr, Flexible Hours

About the role

Join a supportive care team in Ballinamore, providing one‑to‑one assistance to clients in their homes. This permanent, onsite position offers flexible hours and competitive pay, allowing you to make a genuine difference each day.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as washing, dressing, and meals.
• Support mobility and promote independence.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and monitor wellbeing.
• Report any concerns and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Required profile

• Full Irish driving licence and access to a car.
• QQI Level 5 or equivalent caring qualification.
• Positive, reliable attitude; experience in care is an advantage but not essential.
• People‑skills gained from retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles are welcomed.
