About the role

WFS Group is seeking a remote High Ticket Appointment Setter to work with warm leads generated by top‑tier marketing campaigns. You will focus on high‑value offers ranging from $7k to $15k+, turning interested prospects into qualified sales appointments for our closing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Make high‑volume outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Qualify prospects and identify buying intent.
  • Schedule appointments for senior closers.
  • Follow up with leads throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Track activity and manage data in a CRM system.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Review recorded calls to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
  • Enjoys phone sales and objection handling.
  • Understands that sales is a numbers game.
  • Seeks a clear path toward high‑ticket closing.
  • Can handle a high volume of outbound activity.
  • Coach‑able, adaptable, and energetic in conversations.
  • Thrives in an ambitious, performance‑focused environment.

Required skills

  • Experience using CRM systems to track leads and activities.
