About the role
We are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator on a 9‑month contract to support our client’s HR function in Cork. You will act as the first point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth onboarding and lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate guidance on employee HR queries.
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes such as internal moves, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist with drafting contracts and issuing employment documentation.
- Support HR reporting and audits through high‑quality data management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient HR processes.
Required profile
- A Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional handling of confidential information with discretion.
