Human Resources Specialist – HR Advisor (Meath/Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to provide HR advisory support across our operations in the Meath and Dublin region. You will partner closely with managers and employees, delivering guidance on employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers and staff.
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies.
• Assist with training, employee engagement activities, and HR projects.
• Support payroll and HR reporting activities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HR information systems.
