Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join a leading global payments and financial‑technology organisation on a 12‑month contract. You will support customers through onboarding and implementation projects in a fast‑paced, international environment, working both on‑site in Dublin and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of customer implementation and onboarding projects.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams and external clients.
• Gather and document customer and business requirements.
• Assist with testing, project tracking, and implementation milestones.
• Guide clients through implementation processes and required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in operations, delivery, and technical functions.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a structured environment.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in payments, fintech, implementation, project coordination or technical support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a client‑facing environment.
• Interest in payments technology and technical project environments.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Exposure to onboarding, integrations, testing or transaction‑processing environments is a plus.
