About the role
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Technician to join a global leader in medical technologies. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, delivering prompt and professional IT support via phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and log support requests using ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Diagnose, resolve or escalate desktop, server and network issues.
- Administer user and security accounts, manage passwords, and support Office 365, folder, mailbox and share access.
- Provide L3 support for VPN, OWA and remote access, monitor system performance and assist in disaster‑recovery testing.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in server (Windows/Unix) and network support.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Previous call‑centre experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Active Directory
- ITSM platforms (e.g., Remedy)
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- DHCP, DNS, LDAP
- Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
- Citrix and Remote Desktop tools
- VPN and OWA
- Network troubleshooting (Cisco preferred)
What we offer
- Annual salary €40,000 – €45,000
- 2‑month fixed‑term contract with possibility to extend
