Night Shift Operator – Retail

About the role

As a Night Shift Operator you will be the front‑line presence at an Applegreen shop in Newcastle West, Limerick. You will keep the site secure, tidy and welcoming throughout the night while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the shop according to company policy and the nightly checklist.
• Activate and monitor perimeter alarms and ensure the building remains secure.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe shop environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Accurately label prices, rotate stock and restock shelves.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
