About the role
We are seeking a professional and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our fast‑paced corporate team in South Dublin. Working 14 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Answer, direct, and log phone calls using the office phone system.
- Greet and escort visitors, issue visitor badges, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for scheduled meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support internal teams as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer‑service focus.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
- Flexibility to cover full‑time hours during staff leave periods.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
What we offer
