About the role
This permanent position supports a fast‑growing Irish business by delivering a portfolio of strategic initiatives. Working hybrid (three days on‑site), you will bring structure, governance and delivery rigor to projects that are scaling rapidly.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high‑profile projects while maintaining oversight of a broader programme portfolio.
- Introduce best‑practice project initiation and delivery processes, from business case through execution.
- Partner with subject‑matter experts to guide effective delivery and ensure initiatives are set up for success.
- Establish and embed programme governance, including RAID management, delivery controls and reporting frameworks.
- Provide senior leadership with clear visibility on progress, risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate steering committees and executive decision‑making forums, owning agendas, materials and follow‑through actions.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering complex projects and programmes end‑to‑end.
- Strong background in structured PMO or enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and support executive decision‑making.
- Experience shaping project governance frameworks in evolving organisations.
- Comfort operating at C‑suite level and influencing senior leaders.
