Recruiter, AWS Talent Acquisition EMEA

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a customer‑focused Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. You will support data‑centre hiring across the EMEA region, driving the pipeline from sourcing to placement while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs for data‑centre roles.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, engagement, qualification, and closing candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements to increase scalability.
• Act as the primary client lead for assigned EMEA groups, maintaining service level agreements.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to deliver efficient, data‑driven results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both high‑volume and corporate‑level recruiting.
• Track record recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
