Remote Internal Medicine Physician – AI Model Reviewer

About the role

This remote contract position allows an experienced Internal Medicine physician to contribute to the development of large language models by creating and reviewing clinical scenarios. You will work closely with AI researchers to ensure the models generate accurate, empathetic, and safe medical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design advanced clinical cases covering differential diagnosis, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Assess AI‑generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties and provide detailed feedback.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and medical peers to improve model performance.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent degree with active clinical practice within the last 3 years.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Strong command of the full spectrum of internal medicine, from acute to chronic care.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to explain complex reasoning in patient‑friendly language.
• Education from a top‑tier institution is preferred.
