Remote Medicine Physician (MD/DO/Doctoral study/PhD)

About the role

Join a leading AI research accelerator as a remote medical expert. You will apply your internal or emergency medicine expertise to shape the next generation of large language models, ensuring they deliver safe, accurate, and empathetic clinical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced clinical scenarios covering acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow clinicians to improve model quality and reliability.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that informs AI development for clinical and educational applications.

Required profile

• MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral degree with active clinical practice within the past three years.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Comprehensive understanding of acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Ability to articulate complex medical reasoning in clear, patient‑friendly language.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Education from a top‑tier institution (e.g., Harvard, Stanford, UCSF, Oxford).

• Contractual engagement of 20–40 hours per week (minimum 4 hours/day) with overlap in PST.
