Sales Adviser – Retail & Telesales (Split Role)

About the role

Join Vodafone’s dynamic team in Donegal Town as a Sales Adviser working across both the retail store and call centre. This split role offers the chance to develop a versatile sales skillset while delivering a first‑class Vodafone experience to customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in‑store, providing expert advice on Vodafone products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell mobile, broadband and accessory offerings.
• Generate leads, close sales, and manage customer accounts with a focus on service excellence.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations when required.
• Adapt work between retail and call‑centre activities based on business demand.

Required profile
