About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at the Citywest Business Campus. You will be the primary internal contact for a portfolio of customers, driving sales growth while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and build long‑lasting relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, approve discounts and increase sales.
- Participate in monthly internal and external sales meetings and provide market and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team, sharing relevant customer information to secure new opportunities.
- Offer product support, navigate the product catalogue, promote products and upsell accessories.
- Maintain accurate records in the C4C CRM system, logging calls, contacts, interests and high‑value orders.
- Manage sales opportunities to keep the pipeline healthy and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience delivering customer‑focused solutions and managing multiple account projects.
- Ability to work independently, handle feedback constructively and support trade events.
Required skills
- C4C (CRM) system proficiency
What we offer
- Salary €35,000‑€40,000 (DOE) plus €1,000 bonus.
