About the role

This position is with Ireland’s leading cosmetics distribution business, focusing on the pharmacy channel. You will lead the sales team to grow market share for top beauty brands across the Irish pharmacy market.

Key responsibilities

  • Own territory performance for the pharmacy channel, driving volume, revenue, availability and in‑store merchandising standards.
  • Directly manage the field sales force and merchandisers in the region.
  • Develop team competencies in selling, merchandising excellence and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategy, commercial terms and budget achievement.
  • Set and monitor monthly sales targets and KPIs aligned with budgets.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Resolve account issues promptly and track key account metrics.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 + years experience in sales management or key‑account roles within the Irish retail sector.
  • Commercially astute with a results‑driven work ethic.
  • Strong communicator with proven leadership abilities.
  • Valid full clean driver’s licence for the island of Ireland.
