Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape and scale a globally distributed HR and payroll platform serving millions of users in over 150 countries. You will work in a remote‑first, highly collaborative environment where autonomy, ownership, and technical excellence are core values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Express.
• Build and optimise server‑side APIs, business logic, and data models with Express.
• Develop responsive, component‑driven front‑end interfaces in React, including hooks, reusable components, testing and performance optimisation.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL database schemas and queries for efficient data handling.
• Create modular, reusable code across front‑end and back‑end to improve development efficiency and scalability.
• Perform debugging, testing, and code reviews to ensure high‑quality, secure, and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to continuously improve engineering practices and tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in a remote‑first setting.
• High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset.
