About the role
This senior position supports ambitious students in navigating the highly competitive UK university admissions process. You will work closely with students and families to design personalized academic and extracurricular strategies that align with long‑term goals and top‑tier UK university aspirations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop individualized admissions roadmaps and long‑term academic strategies for each student.
- Guide students through UK university applications, including candidacy building, extracurricular planning, and personal statement development.
- Collaborate with tutors, mentors, academic consultants, and account managers to ensure consistent execution of development plans.
- Provide expert recommendations on school selection, standardized testing, leadership activities, summer programs, and personal development.
- Conduct regular consulting sessions, document progress, and create actionable plans.
- Support the creation of compelling student narratives and thematic direction for applications.
- Maintain proactive communication with students and parents to ensure engagement and a high‑quality client experience.
- Participate in seminars, presentations, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading UK university (preferred); advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience supporting students applying to highly competitive UK universities, including Oxford and Cambridge.
- Strong understanding of UK higher‑education systems, admissions standards, and application processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven coaching, mentoring, and relationship‑building abilities with a student‑centered approach.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills, capable of handling multiple client cases simultaneously.
