Site Manager – Commercial Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Johnston Fitout is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial fit‑out projects across Ireland and the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality interior installations on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all fit‑out activities on‑site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution.
• Oversee the installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports and records.
• Identify and resolve issues or delays promptly.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure requirements are met.
• Occasionally act as a working foreman on specific projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in fit‑out or joinery projects.
• Proven track record of delivering fast‑paced, high‑quality construction work.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Clean driver’s licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Fluent English.
