About the role

As the Store Manager for a new Costa location in Eyre Square Shopping Centre, you will do more than run daily operations – you will shape the team culture, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and grow with a brand that values internal promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all store operations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team of baristas and support staff.
• Drive sales performance and meet financial targets.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Maintain health, safety, and brand compliance across the store.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a coffee or food‑service environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
