Supply Demand Planning Manager

About the role

Apple is seeking a Supply Demand Planning Manager to lead a high‑performing team that analyses sales signals and manages supply across the EMEIA region. The role is pivotal in optimizing inventory, supporting new product introductions, and driving sales performance for Apple’s online store, retail locations, and reseller channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of supply‑demand professionals.
• Analyse forecasted demand, inventory and sell‑through to create weekly and quarterly supply plans that align with Apple’s financial targets.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans and drive cross‑functional actions to mitigate issues.
• Ensure supply plans support direct channels (online & retail) while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Coordinate launch quantities and product transitions to minimise excess and obsolete inventory across countries.
• Improve product planning processes, allocate resources and drive projects to measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on capital projects and business improvement initiatives.
