Talent Acquisition Associate – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

Mercury, the European leader in construction solutions, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Global Headquarters in Dublin. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will drive front‑end recruitment activities, ensuring fast pipelines and high‑quality candidates for technical and high‑volume roles.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines aligned with business priorities.
• Screen incoming applications and create quality shortlists that meet hiring manager expectations.
• Conduct first‑round interviews, document feedback in the ATS, and provide recommendations.
• Publish job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Partner with TA Specialists and Business Partners to understand role requirements and market trends.
• Assist with recruitment fairs, open days and graduate events as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a high‑volume recruitment environment (in‑house or agency).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Confident interviewing and questioning skills.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and technology.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Experience using LinkedIn or similar sourcing tools.
