Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high‑volume recruitment across multiple hospital sites. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance and delivering a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for internal and external vacancies.
• Support high‑volume hiring across hospital locations.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with policy, legislation and best practice.
• Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, onboarding and contract administration.
• Oversee Garda vetting and pre‑employment compliance.
• Use Workday to track workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Build relationships with agencies, academic institutions and external partners.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment attraction initiatives.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Strong background in compliance‑heavy recruitment processes.
• Experience using Workday (essential).
• Healthcare recruitment preferred, but other sectors considered.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational capability.
