Tax Manager – Insurance

Join a leading financial services organization as a Tax Manager focused on the insurance sector. You will lead strategic tax initiatives, ensure compliance excellence, and provide expert advice to senior leadership on evolving tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tax planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage complex compliance projects and oversee tax reporting and audit processes.
• Advise leadership on regulatory changes and mitigate tax risk.
• Collaborate with finance and business units to integrate tax considerations into decision‑making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive tax experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client or regulatory meetings.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with tax software.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
