Tax Trainee – Graduate Tax Role in Ballsbridge

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Ballsbridge tax team as a Tax Trainee. The role offers a structured training programme leading to the CTA qualification while working on real client engagements. You will gain experience across tax compliance and advisory services in a supportive, market‑leading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Income Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, Capital Gains Tax and other revenue returns.
• Monitor compliance calendars to ensure all filing deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients and Revenue, and liaise with internal departments on tax matters.
• Support senior tax staff with research and analysis on tax legislation and client issues.

Required profile

• Graduate with an accounting or business‑related degree (2.1 or above).
• Strong desire to train in tax and pursue the CTA qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
