About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners in China. The position is designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education and includes comprehensive training, ready‑made materials, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to students aged 3–16 using an interactive, high‑energy approach.
• Utilise English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve confidence and proficiency.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital teaching tools.
