Junior Recruitment Administrator (Fixed-Term)

About the role
This is a three‑month fixed‑term position supporting the recruitment function within CPM Ireland. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to hiring managers and the HR team throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Review job adverts and related documentation for accuracy, spelling and formatting.
- Post vacancies on job boards and other platforms as directed.
- Schedule interviews, prepare interview packs and coordinate interview‑panel logistics.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including issuing contracts and preparing induction packs.
- Track completion of new‑starter documentation and follow up where needed.
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and generate reports.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the HR team and support ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational ability and keen attention to detail.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Digital mindset and interest in using technology to improve efficiency.
