About the role

This is a three‑month fixed‑term position supporting the recruitment function within CPM Ireland. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to hiring managers and the HR team throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Review job adverts and related documentation for accuracy, spelling and formatting.
  • Post vacancies on job boards and other platforms as directed.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare interview packs and coordinate interview‑panel logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including issuing contracts and preparing induction packs.
  • Track completion of new‑starter documentation and follow up where needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and generate reports.
  • Offer general administrative assistance to the HR team and support ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Digital mindset and interest in using technology to improve efficiency.
