Accommodation Assistant (Fully Flexible)

About the role
Lyrath Estate is seeking fully flexible Accommodation Assistants to join its hospitality team. The role requires availability for morning, evening, weekend and public‑holiday shifts, ensuring the hotel maintains its high standards of guest service at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare guest rooms and public areas to the required standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Identify and report any items or areas that need maintenance or repair.
- Follow the hotel’s service standards to guarantee complete guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a fully flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
