Architect – Residential & Hospitality Projects (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our Dublin office and work on large‑scale residential and hospitality projects within a BIM‑led environment. The role focuses on later project stages, delivering detailed technical solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural models and documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate BIM data across consultants and contractors.
• Lead technical detailing and ensure compliance with RIBA stages 4‑6.
• Support on‑site delivery, addressing design queries and construction issues.
• Collaborate with senior designers to maintain design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering residential and hospitality projects.
• Strong background in UK or Irish projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work across later RIBA stages.
• Robust portfolio showcasing technical detailing and BIM coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
