Asset Management - Terminals & Campus Technician

About the role

We are looking for a multi‑skilled Asset Management Technician to join the Asset Management Team at Dublin Airport. The role involves operating and maintaining a wide range of airport assets, including life‑safety, HVAC, security and public‑health systems, on a 24/7 shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Support, operate and maintain all Dublin Airport assets across terminals and campus areas.
• Deliver reactive and planned maintenance to meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including waste removal and equipment cleaning.
• Produce accurate records and documentation to track asset performance.
• Communicate system issues promptly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Safely operate engineering equipment and escort contractors as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and training initiatives.
• Promote a positive health & safety culture and report incidents.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (7 am‑7 pm / 7 pm‑7 am).
• Ability to work in a cross‑skilled team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing training and skill development.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
