Carpenter – Residential & Apartment Projects (Dublin)

About the role

We are a busy Dublin contractor seeking an experienced carpenter to join our established crew. The role involves working on a mix of new‑build residential houses and apartment developments across the city, primarily on the Southside with occasional Northside projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first‑fix and second‑fix carpentry on residential builds and apartment projects.
• Install doors, skirting, architrave, stairs, studwork, and flooring.
• Fit‑out kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units.
• Carry out fire‑door and fire‑rated carpentry work.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings to achieve a high‑standard finish.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a carpenter.
• Proven ability in both first‑fix and second‑fix tasks.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality finish.
• Experience with bespoke kitchens and bathrooms is an advantage.
• Reliable, with own transport, tools, Safe Pass and relevant tickets.

What we offer

• Salary €58,000 – €64,000 per year (approximately €850‑€900 weekly take‑home)
