Cladding Fixer – Insulated Panel & Flashing Installer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cladding Fixer to install insulated panels and flashings on modular buildings at our Letterkenny site. The role involves precise, on‑site work using top‑of‑the‑range facilities and methods to ensure high‑quality, durable construction.

Key responsibilities

• Install insulated panels and flashings to modular buildings according to specifications and industry standards.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure precise placement of all components.
• Work closely with the construction team to integrate panels and flashings into the building structure.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on installed work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle materials and tools properly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimise installation processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience installing insulated panels and flashings in construction or modular building projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for panel and flashing installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work in various weather conditions.
