About the role

The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 will lead the Emergency Department team at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, ensuring a safe, high‑quality and efficient care experience for every patient. This senior nursing role combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership to uphold the hospital’s standards and values. The manager will ensure that policies are consistently applied and that patient‑care pathways align with evidence‑based practice.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, administrative and clinical standards, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Demonstrated clinical and administrative expertise in nursing.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, administrative and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate care delivery within an emergency department setting.
