Construction Engineer – Nightworks (Dublin Airport)

About the role

As a Construction Engineer – Nightworks you will lead the planning, supervision and technical execution of night‑time construction activities for the West Apron Vehicle Underpass project at Dublin Airport. Working on a night shift (10 PM‑7 AM) you will ensure safe, efficient delivery while complying with airport operational and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement night‑time construction works within approved possession windows.
• Ensure execution follows method statements, risk assessments and required permits.
• Supervise on‑site activities during night shifts, meeting productivity, quality and safety targets.
• Manage handover between day and night shift teams to maintain continuity.
• Provide on‑site engineering support, including setting out, checking works and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain strict adherence to aviation security, safety and operational protocols.
