Construction Estimator – Hybrid (South Tipperary)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join a leading international company operating in South Tipperary. This hybrid position (four days remote, one day onsite) offers the chance to apply your estimating and quantity‑surveying expertise within a growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and project information.
• Measure drawings and complete quantity take‑offs.
• Prepare project costings and client quotes.
• Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Manage Excel spreadsheets and pricing documents.

Required profile

• Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, technical construction, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with timber frame, modular, off‑site, or LGS construction is an advantage.
