Construction Estimator – Hybrid (South Tipperary)

About the role
We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join a leading international company operating in South Tipperary. This hybrid position (four days remote, one day onsite) offers the chance to apply your estimating and quantity‑surveying expertise within a growing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Review construction drawings and project information.
- Measure drawings and complete quantity take‑offs.
- Prepare project costings and client quotes.
- Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and commercial teams.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets and pricing documents.
Required profile
- Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, technical construction, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and numerical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with timber frame, modular, off‑site, or LGS construction is an advantage.
