Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are an established construction contractor looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre‑construction through to final handover. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction to completion.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret design documents and liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers.
• Coordinate subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed site reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience in the construction sector (Ireland/EU preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
