Finishing Foreman – High-End Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing works on a large‑scale, high‑end commercial refurbishment project in County Clare. You will be responsible for delivering top‑quality finishes while ensuring the project stays on schedule and meets client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors delivering carpentry, plastering and other finishing trades.
• Manage on‑site snagging and ensure all works meet the required standards.
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager and tradespeople to resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, preferably from a carpentry or plastering background.
• Minimum of 3 + years in a similar role on commercial projects.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to outstanding finishes.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities with a talent for leading teams.
