About the role
We are a leading contractor seeking an experienced Foreperson to join our team on a large‑scale apartment development in West Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure programme targets are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.
- Report progress to site management.
- Assist with sequencing and logistics on site.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Foreman on residential or apartment developments.
- Background with a main contractor or developer preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to drive programme performance and quality on site.
