Foreperson – Residential Project

About the role

We are a leading contractor seeking an experienced Foreperson to join our team on a large‑scale apartment development in West Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure programme targets are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.
• Report progress to site management.
• Assist with sequencing and logistics on site.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Foreman on residential or apartment developments.
• Background with a main contractor or developer preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to drive programme performance and quality on site.
