Hotel Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our resort team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to all guests.
• Work rotating shifts, including mornings and evenings, 3‑5 days per week.
• Maintain resort standards for product delivery and guest experience.
• Communicate daily business updates and ensure orderly handovers with the team.
• Manage core reception duties, including check‑in, check‑out, and reservations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong focus on guest care, service excellence, and standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Drive and enthusiasm to achieve high performance.

Required skills

• Opera Fidelio (property management system) experience is advantageous.
