HR Business Consultant – 12‑Month Fixed Term

About the role

Zurich Life Assurance Ltd is seeking an HR Business Consultant on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role will support the HR Business Partnering team with employee‑lifecycle activities, HR projects, annual people cycles, reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with onboarding, probation, performance, absence management, employee engagement and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate and deliver annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, talent reviews, engagement surveys, salary reviews and diversity initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, trackers and analyses to enable effective decision‑making and governance.
• Produce regular HR reports and people metrics covering headcount, FTE, attrition, absence, diversity, internal mobility, recruitment and training.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist, coordination or Business Partnering support role.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting HR projects and annual people‑related initiatives in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with managers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for building trackers, templates and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse HR data, identify trends and present clear insights.
