HR Generalist – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Securitas Security Services Ireland as an HR Generalist and help drive a people‑first culture. You will support both administrative and strategic HR functions, ensuring smooth business operations and a great employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures, policies and provide guidance for business operations.
• Support HR objectives, metrics, reporting and compliance with Irish employment legislation.
• Coordinate case files for WRC hearings and manage benefits, compensation and performance programmes.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork, schedule new‑hire orientations and maintain HRIS data.
• Provide HR advisory services covering absence, conduct, grievances, organisational change and employee‑relations matters.
• Act as primary backup for payroll processing, including updates to employee files, bonuses, vacation/sick pay and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain employee handbook, directory and organisational chart, and contribute to policy development.
• Manage employee complaints, grievance procedures and support counselling initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified HR professional with a resourceful and proactive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of local and national employment regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Required skills

• HRIS (human resources information systems) proficiency.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Benefits administration and onboarding coordination.
