Industrial Painting Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Painting Supervisor to lead painting projects on site in Dublin. The role requires hands‑on knowledge of two‑pack painting techniques and the ability to manage a team while maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily painting operations and ensure compliance with two‑pack procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel to meet project timelines.
• Monitor health and safety standards, including MEWP usage, Safe Pass compliance, and manual handling protocols.
• Maintain site documentation, report progress, and manage overtime as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of industrial painting experience (preferred).
• Proven supervision experience with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transport and willingness to work on the road.

Required skills

• Two‑pack painting procedures.
• MEWP operation (IPAF certification).
• Safe Pass certification.
• Manual handling competence.
